Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes

  • 1-1/2 lb. (about 4) red potatoes, quartered 
  • 1/2 cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing 
  • 4 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled 
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/8 tsp pepper 
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese 
Bacon and Cheddar Mashed Potatoes


  1. COOK potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water 20 minutes or until tender; drain.
  2. MASH potatoes. Add dressing, bacon, garlic powder, salt and pepper; beat until fluffy.
  3. STIR in cheese.
