Great Value Caramel Sweet Potatoes

  • 4 lb. Sweet potatoes, (about 5 medium)
  • 1 Cups Great Value™ Brown Sugar, packed
  • 3 Tbsp. Great Value® All-Purpose Flour,
  • 1 Tsp. Great Value™ Salt,
  • 2 Tbsp. Great Value™ Butter,
  • 1 Cups Great Value™ Heavy Whipping Cream,
  • 2 Cups Great Value™ Miniature Marshmallows,
  • 1/2 Cups Pecans, chopped
Great Value Caramel Sweet Potatoes


  1. In large pot, cook potatoes in boiling water 30 to 40 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool.
  2. Preheat oven to 350° F. Peel potatoes and halve lengthwise. Cut crosswise into ½-inch-thick slices and arrange in 13x9x2-inch baking pan, overlapping as necessary.
  3. In medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, flour and salt. Sprinkle evenly over potatoes. Dot with butter. Pour whipping cream over mixture in dish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, 35 minutes. Top with marshmallows and pecans. Bake 15 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
