  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 1 cup sliced green bell pepper
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 Marketside Traditional Rotisserie Chicken, skin and bones removed, shredded (about 2 cups)
  • 1 cup Great Value All Natural Peach Pineapple Chipotle Salsa
  • 8 small corn tortillas, heated
  • Assorted toppings, such as Great Value Reduced Fat Finely Shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
  • Assorted toppings, such as shredded lettuce
  • Assorted toppings, such as chopped cilantro
  • Assorted toppings, such as additional salsa
Shredded Chicken Tacos


  1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add pepper and onion and cook until softened, 5 to 7 minutes.
  3. Add chicken, salsa and 1/2 cup water; simmer, covered, until warmed through, 1 to 2 minutes.
  4. Divide chicken mixture evenly among tortillas and add favorite toppings as desired.
